Yin Evenings*
Do you want to relax and at the same time boost your personal development? Then Yin Evenings are just for you! On these evenings we start with an hour of yin yoga, to calm down and land in our bodies. Then, we will discuss a self-care related topic. Sometimes, these in-depth sessions are more theory-driven, whereas other times, they are more experiential or interactive, but they are always a combination of these.

Selfcare Sundays*
Join me on a transformative journey as we explore the art of self-care. This Sunday is fully dedicated to nurturing your well-being. We unravel the secrets to building self-care habits that resonate with your lifestyle, by practicing: yoga, meditation, breathwork, bodywork and journaling.

Silent Retreats*
The our Retreats consists of 4 main elements:
Yoga: We do Hatha Yoga to wake our bodies up, and we wind down with Yin Yogam every day of silence.
Meditation: We will meditate multiple times a day. Guided meditations will be alternated by silent meditation sessions, in which you will be able to dive even deeper into the silence.
Healthy food: We will provide nurturing vegetarian meals. Also, tea and fruits are provided for free throughout the retreat.
Reflection: There will be several moments to go inwards, to relax, and to connect with yourself and with the silence.
